Although from how it's written it seems like it wont, then again healing ritual targets decayed enemies so. I don't know if healing tears works on decayed enemies, might want to test it. They won't be top notch but youll have teleport, oil obstacle, surface control (burn it, electrify it, etc), armor heals, and so on. 2 Handed Warrior, Rogue, Melee Necromancer (Nothing more satisfying than Decay Touch + Blood Rain + Bloodsucker. And, summoner/necro may want to take 2 or points in each magic area and learn every spell you can get. Two necros in a 2 man team might do better to try something else. The biggest weakness I see here is lack of diversity. The rule is that you can only have 1 out per char, so you can absolutely have 2 out at once. Be sure to spam totems too, and spread them around so they can't be aoe killed all at once. Since both characters have necro, let your main pull out the bone widow and your summoner focus on incarnate. A blood incarnate heals when it attacks as if it had very high necro skill and it gets mosquito heal too, so casting blood rain before a fight you will have a blood incarnate AND a necro blood sucker heal for your summoner ready to go on round 1. Necro can cast a spell that prevents things from dying, allowing your incarnate to be unkillable for a few rounds (a lot of rounds once you get the source burning version of this spell). I thought you were saying your main was necro/huntsman. Chicken claw is super good, too.Ranger must not mean what I think it means. Swap and teleport are good because they group enemies up for you to aoe and heal off of. I like to have a bit of aero for teleport and nether swap, but you can always go for wings for getting around. Pepper in some skills from other trees or just more poly skills if you fancy them. There's a talent that increases crit chance when you're at full health, take that at some point in act 2 because you'll probably be full health most of the time. Always attack from behind the target for critical damage. Couple points in Aerothurge gives you Uncanny Evasion, Teleportation, and Nether Swap. 1 point in Poly gives you access to Chameleon Cloak and some extra attribute points. You can swap out medusa head for bull horns if your party deals a lot of magic damage, but it takes 2 ap so it's a little more situational but really effective against enemies without magic armour.Įssential warfare skills would be Whirlwind, Battle Stomp, Battering Ram (especially if you're using medusa head), Bouncing Shield if you're using a shield, phoenix dive and blitz attack.Įssential necro skills would be Bone Cage and, if survival is difficult in the early game, mosquito swarm.Įssential talents would be Living Armour and executioner, because you are going to land killing blows and the necro points will have you healing frequently restoring magic armour via living armour. Warfare increases physical dmg so every physical build benefits from pumping Warfare to at least 10 (softcap). Some essential poly skills for this type of melee build are Bull Horns, Heart of Steel, Tentacle Lash, and Skin Graft. After that max poly and use the extra attribute points for either STR or FIN. Abilities like Corpse explosion when paired with Teleport/Nether Swap are absoltely insane with high Warfare. Fextralife has a Bloodmage build that is a good template for a Ranged 'Necro' build, with 3 points in necro, then stacking Warfare as high as you can get it. Warfare will increase the physical damage of those poly skills by a lot, so focus on maxing that out first while putting a few points into poly to get skills. necro in and of itself does mostly physical damage, benefiting from high Warfare. Don't bother too much with necro skills, it's mostly just for life steal. I'd suggest making use of warfare and a bit of necromancer to go along with the poly skills.
